24 Hours in Denver
A perfect 24 hours in Denver began when we touched down at 8 AM and made our way to The Renaissance Denver Convention Center. Although our room wasn’t quite ready, the friendly front desk manager suggested we enjoy a leisurely breakfast. It was the ideal way to ease into the day before diving into the afternoon.
Our first stop was the Black Girl Magic Museum, an empowering, immersive space that celebrates Black culture and the beauty of Black women. The exhibits were as vibrant as they were thought-provoking—an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the city.
By the time we left the museum, hunger had set in. We headed to Earl’s for lunch, where the shredded chicken sandwich with its perfectly balanced aioli spread was nothing short of incredible.
Of course, no trip to Denver would be complete without experiencing a local dispensary—if you know, you know. Afterward, we explored a few shops before catching an Uber back to the hotel.
The highlight of our stay came when we returned to find we had been upgraded to a stunning presidential suite. This luxurious, spacious retreat offered panoramic views of the Denver skyline and all the amenities we could need for a night of relaxation.
After unwinding with showers, we slipped into our pajamas and enjoyed the best night’s sleep, waking refreshed and ready for the journey home. The next morning, we took an Uber back to the airport, but not without grabbing our flight essentials: a gluten-free blueberry muffin and hot tea to ward off the sniffles. It was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable 24 hours in Denver before heading back to Austin.
